Okay so before I get into explaining this I just want to make it clear that I have been doing parkour for ages and I have a background in gymnastics so I’m pretty comfortable with jumping, flipping, heights etc. If your a complete newbie and want to give this a go I would start with parkour as adding ladders into the mix is dangerous. I have had a few injuries so yeah like I said be careful and know what you are doing.
A good start to pomparkour and basic trick is the Cat Hook. I’m stoked after practicing and a number of injuries to finally nail it. For those of you who don’t know, the Cat Hook is where yourun at a wall (insane I know) and do a massive leap to attach your ladder to the top of the wall, then climb on up. We had some sweet weather in the weekend which let us guys get out and about. I've uploaded some photos of us practicing and trust me, it looks easier than it is! Try spot this trick also in the video montage!
